How much do you charge?

To give you a comprehensive quote, we need to first learn about your project. Please do drop us an email (ideally with the following information) & we will get back to you ASAP with some quotes or can arrange a time to zoom to discuss your project in more detail.

• a deadline date for the project
• total number of minutes of material to be recorded
• scores or midi files
• audio guide tracks
• session requirements (multiple takes / over-dubbing etc)
• what instruments will be required

How do I book?

Once we have chatted about the requirements of your project and agreed a session date & fee then we will send you an invoice for 50% of the total fee due. This secures the session for you. The remaining payment is due within 48 hours of receiving the final stems.

What do I need to send before the session?

We ask for files to be submitted one week before the session which allows us time to go through everything, load the files into our studio & to double check we don’t have any questions.
Requirements vary depending on the session & instruments involved, but, as a guide, this is what we ask for before our string sessions:

• PDF score (with bar numbers in each bar)
• PDF individual parts
• Sibelius or Dorico file (if possible)
• full guide track .wav
• just strings guide track .wav
• backing track (no strings) .wav
• midi tempo map
• Pro Tools file (if possible)
